The Equipment of the Apartment

The flat is 84 squaremeters of size and is located on the upper floor of the villa which offers an unbelievable view of the river and historical towncenter.  Thanks to the steeply roof and high ceiling the rooms of the flat have a comfortable atmosphere and invite to stay several days.

Kitchen

The kitchen is designed as a combination of cooking and dining. Beside the communicative barzone, the kitchen offers several electronic devices such as:
dishwasher, oven, ventilation hood, fridge and coffeemaker. Up to 6 persons can be placed at the extendable table. Six - that's excatly the amount of table-ware the kitchen is equipped with.

Bedroom

Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed which is equipped with a modern and comfortable matress. At the bigger bedroom you also find a stylish wardrobe with glased and sliding doors. Our guests are impressed with the cosy charm of the bedrooms - sleeping under the window in a roof hood.

Livingroom

Two kingsize sofas invite to enjoy the ultimate view of river and historic town. One sofa offers two more sleepingplaces in the livingroom if extended. Besides the SAT-TV with several hundred international channels there is also a musicsystem in the livingroom.

Bathroom

Our kingsize bathroom is also charmingly designed, as the whole flat is. Brown tiles at the floor and sunflower colored walls in the bedroom underline the mediterranean room atmosphere. You find a shower, a wash basin and a western toilet and an "english telefon cabin" for towels. The shower is equipped with sliding doors. 

WLAN and internet

All rooms are equiped with wireless highspeed (16 MBit/s) internet access which can be used free of charge. At the lower floor of the villa you find an internetagency which is your technical partner for all problems (during office hours).
